Photography
I picked up my first camera when I was 17 years old and it was love at first shutter. Over the past three years I have committed more time to taking pictures every chance I get. Whether it is in a church service, on a hike, celebrating a big milestone or walking downtown, I am always chasing my greatest shot.
Videography
I have always liked the idea of creating videos, but it took me a long time to have the confidence to post any of them. My church was forced online during the pandemic, but we had virtually no online presence. I was given the responsibility of ensuring we did not miss a single service. Since then, I have worked hard on refining my skills. I still have a lot to learn, but I am excited about helping churches create videos that matter.
Tech Experience
ProPresenter 7
Working with ProPresenter 7 since 2020, I trained my church’s tech team on how to effectively use the software. Additionally, I have nearly 20,000 views on YouTube videos teaching the basics of ProPresenter 7. I am available to conduct training sessions, setup new devices, and help run ProPresenter 7 for your worship services.
OBS
The Open Broadcaster Software is a free resource that allows streamers to go live on Facebook, YouTube, and other online platforms. I am available to help your church integrate your presentation software, cameras, and audio with this free resource to create a great worship experience for those who are not able to attend in-person.
Premiere Pro
Premiere Pro is Adobe’s video editing software and has long been an industry standard in editing. I have been working with the software for over five years producing video content for churches, my job at the University of Alabama, and my own social media platforms. I am available to edit videos your church has shot or to use my experience with videography to help create a memorable video for your church.
Canva
Canva is an online graphic design tool that is user friendly enough for volunteers to use and powerful enough for professionals to use. I have used Canva for seven years to create graphics, signs, name tags, and social media content for my church. I am available to conduct training sessions for your team to learn the basics of Canva.
Adobe Creative Cloud
The Adobe Creative Cloud is a suite of tools that can be used for graphic design, video editing (Premiere Pro), photography, and website development. My experience with the tools varies from proficient to novice, but I would love to come alongside your ministry to advise you on what tools will work best for your needs.
